Hair Piece is a series of three hanging sculptures suspended from the ceiling. Each sculpture is comprised of a multiplicity of synthetic hair pieces such as extensions and cut-up wigs which have been arranged to emulate the form of a chandelier. Hair Piece alludes to an exploration of the grotesque/ picturesque dichotomy as a moniker of contemporary subjectivities in relation to the domestic.
